Learning Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning experiences
• Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend learning strategies
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to define success measures and recommend targeted solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
• Support the Learning Management System (LMS) including course setup and curriculum management
• Use learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning program development
• Experience developing eLearning using authoring tools like Articulate 360
• Experience with LMS administration and reporting (e.g., Workday Learning)
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles
