About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning solutions including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning experiences
- Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend learning strategies
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to define success measures and recommend targeted solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy
- Support the Learning Management System (LMS) including course setup and curriculum management
- Use learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning program development
- Experience developing eLearning using authoring tools like Articulate 360
- Experience with LMS administration and reporting (e.g., Workday Learning)
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles
