Learning Commons Graduate Assistant - Supplemental Review Sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including Canvas organization, attendance tracking, and timekeeping
• Assist with the training of SRS Leaders, MASS Tutors, and Coordinators
• Supervise staff by providing observation feedback and assisting with scheduling and professional development
• Evaluate program effectiveness through usage data and student satisfaction surveys
• Perform general office support such as opening/closing shifts and facilitating focus groups
• Collaborate on office-wide projects and initiatives for professional development

Requirements

• Must be in good standing with your degree program (minimum 3.0 GPA)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to work independently according to established guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or experience in Education or a STEM field
• Understanding of academic support programs and student engagement
• Experience with assessment and data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Canvas LMS

Benefits

• $9,000 annual stipend (averaging $19.56 per hour)
