Learning Coach

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive, positive, and safe environment where students enjoy learning and socializing
• Facilitate daily enrichment activities and encourage student voice and collaboration
• Provide on-demand academic help and executive functioning support tailored to individual student programs
• Set and track academic goals with students and families using digital documentation tools
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing weekly updates and progress insights
• Represent KaiPod in the local community to build partnerships and increase pod visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of teaching experience
• Experience working with neurodiverse learners
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating multiple online platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching 3rd–6th grade
• Experience leading small group instruction
• Experience in coaching or other roles working with young people
