About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate annual Learning & Development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Manage end-to-end trainee and internship programs and educational partnerships
- Ensure accurate training records, prepare L&D reports, and manage training budgets
- Coach and supervise Departmental Trainers, Training Officers, and Training Admin
- Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives to enhance learning quality
- Foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with AYANA Hospitality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in L&D or HR scope
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Ability to handle training administration and deliver basic/general training
- Experience delivering Hospitality English Classes is a plus
