About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate annual Learning & Development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Manage end-to-end trainee and internship programs and educational partnerships
  • Ensure accurate training records, prepare L&D reports, and manage training budgets
  • Coach and supervise Departmental Trainers, Training Officers, and Training Admin
  • Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives to enhance learning quality
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with AYANA Hospitality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in L&D or HR scope
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Ability to handle training administration and deliver basic/general training
  • Experience delivering Hospitality English Classes is a plus
