Learning and Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs aligned to business priorities across various functions and geographies
• Define, design, and maintain learning and product concepts in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Own capability development initiatives, including skill assessment and measuring learning effectiveness and ROI
• Design learning solutions using adult learning principles, Bloom’s taxonomy, and instructional design methodologies
• Deliver and coordinate learning programmes while working with internal teams and external partners
• Drive learner engagement through communication campaigns, success stories, and business case narratives
• Provide consulting support and guidance to line managers and L&D partners on development approaches
• Manage budgets, resources, and learning priorities with a commercial and outcome-focused mindset

Requirements

• Extensive experience in training delivery, learning design, and instructional design methodologies
• Proven experience consulting with stakeholders and managing complex learning or transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of L&D processes, including capability development and performance management
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools like Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate and influence senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English with the ability to operate effectively in global and multicultural environments
