Learning and Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences for people managers and individual contributors using instructional design best practices.
• Support end-to-end delivery of learning programs across retail, corporate, and distribution center populations.
• Administer learning technologies including Workday LMS, Articulate, and Canva to deliver scalable solutions.
• Source, adapt, and curate third-party learning content for instructor-led and eLearning programs.
• Partner with global stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives and capability needs.
• Track and analyze learning metrics, such as engagement and ROI, to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Continuously improve learning programs based on data insights and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Organizational Development, including design and delivery.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual English/French is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with learning management systems and digital tools such as Workday LMS, Articulate, and Canva.
• Proven ability to work effectively across diverse, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in retail or multi-site environments.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
