Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate high-quality learning experiences for colleagues
- Create and maintain content including objectives, assessments, and existing material
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate engaging learning experiences
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Perform research and needs analysis to map content to learning objectives
- Use content-development frameworks to create courses, presentations, videos, and activities
- Design learning for various modalities including self-paced, virtual, and in-person
- Facilitate classroom-based training sessions
- Evaluate feedback to prioritize updates for future learners
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in developing and improving online and in-person learning
- BA or MA in instructional design, education, or a similar field
- Deep knowledge of learning theories and instructional-design models
- Experience implementing adult-learning best practices
- Ability to write, edit, and proofread instructional text, presentations, and scripts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for group facilitation
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex projects
- Highly collaborative mindset with ability to build credibility across disciplines
