Learning and Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for new hires and upskilling
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, facilitator guides, and participant materials
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and developmental support
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify performance gaps and implement learning interventions
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in L&D, Training, or Customer Service within a BPO environment
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training programs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or Psychology
• Certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or Adult Learning
• Experience developing e-learning content with Articulate 360 or Captivate
• Experience supporting multiple client accounts in a BPO environment
