About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for new hires and upskilling
- Develop and maintain lesson plans, facilitator guides, and participant materials
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and developmental support
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify performance gaps and implement learning interventions
- Analyze training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in L&D, Training, or Customer Service within a BPO environment
- Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training programs
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or Psychology
- Certifications in L&D, Instructional Design, or Adult Learning
- Experience developing e-learning content with Articulate 360 or Captivate
- Experience supporting multiple client accounts in a BPO environment
