About the role
Responsibilities
- Adhere to the ADDIE methodology and adult learning theories for instructional design
- Identify and interview subject matter experts to determine business and performance requirements
- Determine learning goals and develop appropriate instructional solutions and training plans
- Develop high-quality instructional materials including design documents, video scripts, storyboards, eLearning, and job aids
- Manage the content review process to ensure high-quality final project deliverables
- Design and conduct surveys, tests, and focus groups to evaluate learning solutions
- Analyze existing training to identify improvement opportunities for effectiveness and retention
- Collaborate with global learning and development team members
Requirements
- At least 2 years of related work experience in a contact center environment
- Certification in Adult Learning, Assessment of Learning Styles, or Curriculum Design
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio
- Experience with eLearning tools such as Captivate or Articulate
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
