Learning and Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a practical annual Learning & Development plan
• Design and deliver engaging training to help teams grow skills and performance
• Lead the use of the Learning Management System
• Partner with department heads to build development and succession plans
• Create and facilitate leadership development programmes
• Track learning impact using feedback and data
• Manage the L&D budget

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role
• Experience in hospitality or a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design
• Experience facilitating sessions and coaching others
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized
