About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Head in managing training programs including planning, development, and execution
  • Manage coordination, production, and consistency of training materials
  • Oversee Learning and Development Officers and Associates, including recruitment and support
  • Deliver training courses as needed and work with Leadership Development teams
  • Monitor and evaluate course quality and effectiveness
  • Conduct training needs analysis to inform development needs
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers and CSMs to provide tailored curricula
  • Coach and mentor L&D officers to achieve KPI targets

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of corporate experience in a learning and development role
  • Proficiency in Leadership Development Tools and Adult Learning methodologies
  • Experience with Training Needs Analysis and Assessment of Learning Styles
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Experience with e-learning tools
  • Excellent public presentation and classroom management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
