About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Head in managing training programs including planning, development, and execution
- Manage coordination, production, and consistency of training materials
- Oversee Learning and Development Officers and Associates, including recruitment and support
- Deliver training courses as needed and work with Leadership Development teams
- Monitor and evaluate course quality and effectiveness
- Conduct training needs analysis to inform development needs
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and CSMs to provide tailored curricula
- Coach and mentor L&D officers to achieve KPI targets
Requirements
- At least 2 years of corporate experience in a learning and development role
- Proficiency in Leadership Development Tools and Adult Learning methodologies
- Experience with Training Needs Analysis and Assessment of Learning Styles
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Experience with e-learning tools
- Excellent public presentation and classroom management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
