Learning and Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with studio goals and culture
• Deliver engaging workshops, leadership programs, and team training sessions
• Enable internal subject matter experts to share knowledge through coaching in facilitation and design
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms to ensure content relevance
• Collaborate with the Transformation Team to integrate AI and automation into learning systems
• Select, coordinate, and evaluate external learning providers and manage vendor contracts
• Establish success metrics and feedback loops to evaluate learning impact and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with leadership and HR to identify skill gaps and promote organizational growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in fast-paced or creative industries
• Proven success in owning end-to-end L&D strategy, program design, and implementation
• Expertise in conducting comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Strong experience in vendor management, including contract oversight and quality evaluation
• Hands-on experience with digital learning platforms and AI-driven learning systems
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning methodologies and learning design
• Excellent project management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to demonstrate learning impact
