About the role
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist with key Learning and Development projects
- Update and maintain learner records on LMS and SharePoint
- Coordinate and deliver skills development initiatives such as learnerships and SETA programs
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- National Diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Qualification or course in Data Analytics
- Exceptional MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Ability to research and use AI tools
- South African citizenship with valid ID
- Age between 18-33
- Willingness to relocate to Bryanston
