About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop suitable learning and development programmes
- Create conceptual frameworks for learning products including print and eLearning
- Manage operational and administrative components of L&D to ensure courses run on schedule and budget
- Coordinate activities of trainers and instructors
- Liaise with external or third-party training institutes
- Suggest suitable courses via LMS sites like Udemy to meet company needs
- Assist with the development of the company learning and development strategy
- Write and present recommendations and reports for management
- Evaluate training activities to ensure targets are achieved
- Mentor and review activities of team members undergoing training
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's in HR or related field preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Training department
- 8-10 years of total industry experience
- Sound technical knowledge with hands-on experience in technology areas
- Good understanding of HR aspects
- Excellent communication and document creation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with tools used to design and deliver training materials is a plus
