About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and skill gaps through training needs analysis and performance evaluations
- Prepare and implement company-wide learning strategies and annual training matrices
- Facilitate the new employee onboarding program
- Create, design, and facilitate training modules, including internal brown bag sessions and workshops
- Source external training programs, seminars, and workshops to meet identified needs
- Monitor the success of development plans and collaborate with managers on career pathing
- Manage all training logistics, administrative functions, and L&D databases
- Track training man-hours, return service agreements, and costs of investments
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Learning and Development or Training
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern job training methods, trends, and techniques
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with web delivery tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment
