Learning and Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and skill gaps through training needs analysis and performance evaluations
• Prepare and implement company-wide learning strategies and annual training matrices
• Facilitate the new employee onboarding program
• Create, design, and facilitate training modules, including internal brown bag sessions and workshops
• Source external training programs, seminars, and workshops to meet identified needs
• Monitor the success of development plans and collaborate with managers on career pathing
• Manage all training logistics, administrative functions, and L&D databases
• Track training man-hours, return service agreements, and costs of investments

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Learning and Development or Training
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern job training methods, trends, and techniques
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with web delivery tools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment
