Learning Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including course maintenance, classroom scheduling, and new course creation.
• Maintain SAP qualifications, including new entries and amendments.
• Manage assignment profiles and process course nominations and participant registers.
• Verify the renewal of qualifications and process attendance registers.
• Resolve LMS queries and investigate system errors or person/qualification discrepancies.
• Generate learning reports and participate in scheduled audits to ensure system integrity.
• Support client queries and engage with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer for entry-level administrators.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Learning Administration role.
• Proficiency in using a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Working knowledge of SAP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently studying towards or possessing a relevant Bachelor's Degree.
