Responsibilities

• Identify individual and collective needs of students
• Implement personalized action plans to achieve professional goals
• Coach students on job search techniques, self-confidence, and professional posture
• Analyze results and feedback from students and companies
• Propose solutions to strengthen support pathways
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with partner companies

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Comfort with phone and video calls
• Strong organizational skills and priority management
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
• Pedagogical and benevolent approach with active listening
• Customer satisfaction mindset
• Proactivity and ability to propose process improvements
