Responsibilities

• Coach and facilitate lean transformation process on strategically selected value streams
• Teach lean tools and guide team members in implementation
• Mentor site Lean Leaders
• Interface with customers and facilitate lean events focused on product and process design
• Track results of lean transformation
• Lead highly technical and complex problem solving
• Coach and model lean behaviors and actively enable lean culture
• Travel to sites and coach in the Gemba

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years Lean Experience leading and coaching in operations and technical environments
• Bachelor’s degree
• Hands-on experience leading lean transformation including strategy deployment and Value Stream Analysis
• Expertise in A3 thinking, Kaizen events, and Gemba coaching
• Experience coaching lean in product, process, engineering, and technical environments
• Proficiency in Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, TPM/OEE, SMED, 2P/3P, Standard Work, and Kanban
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead Kaizen events
• Proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis
• Ability to travel up to 75%
