Lean Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead development of department-level lean management metrics and monitoring mechanisms
• Use visual management boards to track metrics and support management decision-making
• Identify high-value improvement opportunities and lead lean projects using DMAIC and PDCA
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources including production, quality, and logistics
• Conduct tiered lean training courses such as 5S, TPM, and value stream mapping
• Organize annual, quarterly, and monthly lean-themed activities to promote continuous improvement culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Certification in lean production or Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred)
• Over 3 years of manufacturing experience leading lean improvement projects
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel
• Experience with lean tools including A3 reports, standardized work, and ECRS
