About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Lean Manufacturing (SYNCHRO) strategies across all production areas.
  • Plan, lead, and execute continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and optimize cycle times.
  • Oversee end-to-end production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in workflows, layouts, and material flow.
  • Manage and coordinate Kaizen workshops (SYNCHRO workshops) to ensure effective execution and sustainable results.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, coaching, and support for improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and sustain improvements by establishing KPIs and tracking performance metrics.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by training and mentoring employees in Lean principles.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement roles.
  • Expertise in Toyota Production System and Lean manufacturing principles/techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to encourage cooperation and teamwork across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt level knowledge.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or Engineering).
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
