Lean Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer relations internally and externally
• Coordinate implementation and execution of key P3E deliverables
• Support project planning for improvement including Kaizen, Yokoten, and DMAIC action deployment
• Coordinate process flows based on Value Stream Maps (VSM)
• Calculate monthly KPIs and follow up on Kaizen results
• Support production unit cells in conducting QCPCs and Quality Clinics
• Obtain continuous feedback from production cells to identify and resolve roadblocks
• Support training of cell members for Kaizen and Yokoten programs
• Monitor the evolution of action plans and improvement plans

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in corporate quality management, systems analysis, or process workflow analysis
• Strong knowledge of Lean practices and methodologies
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO 18001, ISO 14000, and ISO 9001
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Green Belt Certification
• Experience in the aviation industry
