About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive Lean initiatives and mindset across the organization to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
  • Facilitate Lean activities and initiatives using tools such as Kaizen workshops, 3P, Value Stream mapping, Process mapping, and 5S.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts and promote best-practice sharing.
  • Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Support the development and implementation of Lean training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Guide the effective application and integration of Lean implementation and standardization of enterprise policies.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience using Lean Principles and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools (e.g., Problem solving, Kaizen, 5S).
  • 1+ year of experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • US Person status required (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
  • Ability to travel domestically and potentially internationally (up to 10%).
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ridley Park, PA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • 1+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Toyota Production System (TPS), Boeing Production System (BPS), or equivalent methodologies.
