Lean Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations including scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation
• Act as the escalation point of contact for customer relationships
• Manage P&L, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and customer expansion
• Ensure seamless onboarding and coordination of field service deployments
• Optimize field performance by tracking technician productivity and utilization
• Drive process improvement by documenting SOPs and standardizing workflows
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal QA processes
• Track key metrics including on-time service completion and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lean operations (manufacturing, life sciences, cleanroom, HVAC, or technical field service preferred)
• Proven experience as a lean practitioner using tools like Kaizen, DMAIC, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, or Kanban
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and drive accountability
• Process-oriented mindset with experience implementing CRM, ERP, or scheduling software
• Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into action
