Lean Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies aligned with Continental Business System (CBS) principles
• Coach and train cross-functional teams on lean methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Lead process improvement projects to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and enhance operational performance
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify improvement areas and develop actionable plans
• Facilitate kaizen events and continuous improvement activities to drive cultural change
• Collaborate with department managers to implement best practices and standardize processes
• Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the success of lean initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing with a proven track record of successful projects
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong project management and advanced data analysis skills
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and training teams on lean principles
• Proficiency in change management techniques and driving cultural transformation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
