Lean Manager OPEX

Responsibilities

• Independently lead projects to optimize manufacturing costs across the entire value chain
• Conduct value stream analyses to identify and implement optimization potential within production processes
• Prepare and create decision templates for the strategic development of the supply chain and sustainable cost improvement
• Support the achievement of target manufacturing costs during the introduction of new products and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with Development, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics departments to implement economical and sustainable solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Practical experience in industrial environments and project management
• Knowledge of Cost Engineering, Value Stream Analysis, or similar methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent working style
• High level of communication and implementation strength within interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and ideally experience with SAP
• Good written and spoken English skills
