Lean Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce operational waste
• Implement, manage, and sustain Grammer Production System (GPS) standards
• Lead strategic operational excellence projects and support organizational transformation
• Increase productivity and support cost-efficiency targets through systematic process improvement
• Ensure compliance with corporate production requirements and strengthen process standardization

Requirements

• Strong experience in LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Advanced knowledge of LEAN tools including Kaizen, 5S, VSM, and Six Sigma
• Proven track record in process optimization and productivity improvement
• Experience in the automotive industry with a background in automotive manufacturing
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Extensive experience in production systems and operational excellence
• Fluent English communication skills
