Lean Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate logistics, administration, and manufacturing processes
• Identify improvement potential and lead projects within the Lean environment
• Develop and implement Lean strategies and continuous improvement measures
• Plan, execute, and monitor workshops and specialized projects
• Provide training and coaching to employees to support Lean activity implementation
• Support the continuous optimization of production processes
• Apply and further develop existing controlling and management instruments
• Report progress and results to management
• Assist with audit preparations and the documentation of relevant processes
• Optimize workplace design and ergonomics

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in Lean Management or process optimization, ideally within an industrial company
• Knowledge of common Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, KVP, and Value Stream Mapping
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and assertiveness
• Good English language skills
• Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and as part of a team
