Lean Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and foster knowledge transfer of best practices across the plant
• Support the implementation of the ZF Production System (ZF PS) strategy
• Coach and guide plant teams through workshops, projects, and lean evaluation processes
• Lead systematic observations throughout the organization to promote problem-solving methodologies
• Monitor lean implementation progress and validate the effectiveness of required actions
• Evaluate implementation status at the plant level and suggest key activities for operational excellence
• Promote and develop standards for the ZF PS method box and ensure sustainable roll-out

Requirements

• Academic degree in a technical field or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and products
• Strong leadership skills within a matrix organization
• Advanced problem-solving, project management, and team-building skills
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Proven coaching and communication skills
