Lean Excellence Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of Kaizen workshops and optimization projects
• Take ownership of specific tasks within various optimization projects
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of Lean training sessions
• Contribute to the continuous development of the production system
• Develop and update documentation and simulations used for training employees and managers
• Review, optimize, and create new standards for Lean consulting projects
• Conceptually design and create the internal communication concept for "Lean Excellence"

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable field of study
• Knowledge of Lean Production and Industry 4.0 is highly desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proactive, structured, and independent way of working
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and a passion for implementing new solutions
• Very good German language skills
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
