About the role
Responsibilities
- Support managers and teams in deploying Lean practices, including 5S, visual management, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Participate in the deployment of Kaizen workshops and other continuous improvement tools.
- Assist in projects aimed at reducing lead times and increasing capacity within the High Voltage Technology Research Center.
- Help train personnel on Lean tools to foster a continuous improvement dynamic.
- Contribute to the operational excellence of the High Voltage Switchgear (HVS) product line.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree specializing in Lean Management or Operational Excellence.
- Solid knowledge of Lean tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or academic background in an industrial R&D environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, rigor, and an innovative mindset.
