Lean Continuous Improvement Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support managers and teams in deploying Lean practices, including 5S, visual management, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Participate in the deployment of Kaizen workshops and other continuous improvement tools.
• Assist in projects aimed at reducing lead times and increasing capacity within the High Voltage Technology Research Center.
• Help train personnel on Lean tools to foster a continuous improvement dynamic.
• Contribute to the operational excellence of the High Voltage Switchgear (HVS) product line.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree specializing in Lean Management or Operational Excellence.
• Solid knowledge of Lean tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or academic background in an industrial R&D environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity, rigor, and an innovative mindset.
