Responsibilities

• Build and manage season schedules across divisions, gyms, and time slots
• Own team placement, division balancing, and captain onboarding
• Run game nights ensuring proper refereeing and setup
• Manage standings, stats, and weekly results with accuracy
• Execute playoffs and championship events
• Act as the primary point of contact for team captains
• Manage court bookings and hold gym partners to brand standards
• Track registrations, capacity, and team health weekly

Requirements

• 1+ years in operations, events, or customer-facing roles
• Reliable transportation to move brand fixtures and equipment to venues
• Availability for evenings and weekends (Sundays 4pm-11pm)
• Fast, clear, and professional communication skills
• Genuine passion for basketball and its culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in premium sports, hospitality, or client-driven service
• Network within the Boston basketball or recreational sports community
• Experience playing in or captaining a competitive recreational league
• Experience managing vendors, facilities, or partner relationships
