Responsibilities

  • Build and manage season schedules across divisions, gyms, and time slots
  • Manage team placement, division balancing, and captain onboarding
  • Execute game nights including referee coordination and venue setup
  • Manage standings, stats, and weekly results
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team captains to ensure high retention
  • Manage court bookings and hold facility partners to brand standards
  • Track registrations, capacity, and team health through weekly reporting

Requirements

  • 1+ years in operations, events, or customer-facing roles
  • Reliable transportation to move brand fixtures and equipment to venues
  • Availability for evenings and weekends (game nights are required)
  • Fast, clear, and professional communication skills
  • Genuine passion for basketball and its culture
  • Must operate as a self-employed independent contractor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in premium sports, hospitality, or client-driven service
  • Experience managing vendors, facilities, or partner relationships
  • Previous experience in sports operations or event management
  • Experience playing in or captaining a competitive recreational league
