Responsibilities
- Build and manage season schedules across divisions, gyms, and time slots
- Own team placement, division balancing, and captain onboarding
- Run game nights ensuring proper staffing and setup
- Manage standings, stats, and weekly results
- Execute playoffs and championship events
- Review and approve weekly payroll for game-night staff
- Act as the primary point of contact for team captains
- Manage court bookings and facility logistics
- Track registrations, capacity, and team health weekly
Requirements
- Strong leadership presence and confidence
- Player-first mindset with exceptional service orientation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflict
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation for brand fixtures and equipment
- Proficiency with digital tools and scorekeeping systems
- Must operate as a self-employed independent contractor
