Responsibilities

• Build and manage season schedules across divisions, gyms, and time slots
• Own team placement, division balancing, and captain onboarding
• Run game nights ensuring proper staffing, setup, and game flow
• Manage standings, stats, and weekly results with accuracy
• Execute playoffs and championship events
• Review and approve weekly payroll for game-night staff
• Act as the primary point of contact for team captains
• Manage court bookings and facility logistics
• Track registrations, capacity, and team health weekly

Requirements

• Strong leadership presence and confidence
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts
• Availability for Sunday evenings (4pm-11pm) and weekends
• Reliable transportation to transport brand fixtures and equipment
• Proficiency with digital tools and scorekeeping systems
• Must operate as a self-employed independent contractor

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in premium sports, hospitality, or client-driven service
• Experience in sports operations or event management
• Experience playing in or captaining a competitive recreational league
• Experience managing vendors or facility relationships
