Lead/Staff Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Rapidly design, develop and test highly reliable electronics and compute systems
• Drive electrical architecture, product requirements, and component selection
• Perform schematic capture, prototyping, bring-up, debugging, and documentation
• Conduct hands-on debugging using laboratory test equipment and custom instrumentation
• Model and simulate circuit designs for analysis and performance
• Act as a technical lead to drive schedule and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar
• 10+ years of professional experience designing complex electrical hardware
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
• Experience as a technical lead and system owner across the full lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in electrical engineering
• Experience with FPGA, GPU, and mixed architecture systems
• Experience with sensors, high-speed imaging, and physical telemetry systems
• Experience with embedded microcontroller design and firmware
• Experience with high-speed data acquisition or high-accuracy motion systems
• Familiarity with industrial automation and robotics
