Lead/Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source and screen profiles based on job specifications and skillsets
• Utilize AI tools and LinkedIn for efficient hiring and sourcing
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including interviewing, offering, negotiation, and closing
• Source candidates from job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Hirist
• Stay updated on technical knowledge and emerging IT technologies
• Proactively recommend and adapt hiring strategies at a strategic level
• Handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT hiring
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment
• Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to join within 30 days
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
