Responsibilities
- Source and screen profiles based on job specifications and skillsets
- Utilize AI tools and LinkedIn for efficient hiring and sourcing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including interviewing, offering, negotiation, and closing
- Source candidates from job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Hirist
- Stay updated on technical knowledge and emerging IT technologies
- Proactively recommend and adapt hiring strategies at a strategic level
- Handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT hiring
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment
- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to join within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
