Lead/Senior C++ Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
• Develop secure high-quality production code and perform code reviews
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues to improve stability
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams regarding architectural designs
• Lead communities of practice to drive awareness of leading-edge technologies

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, and testing
• Advanced C++ skills
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, and security
• Practical cloud native experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Cash Equities Electronic Trading
• Low Latency application development experience
• In-depth knowledge of financial services industry IT systems
