Leadman Ready Mix

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ready mix plant administrative tasks, including driver logs, maintenance records, and environmental compliance paperwork.
• Adhere to and promote all CEMEX and OSHA safety rules and regulations, serving as a visible safety leader.
• Collaborate with the Plant Superintendent and maintenance managers to resolve production issues and improve performance.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance is performed and assist with minor plant repairs.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of raw materials to ensure products meet established standards.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Customer Service to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate start/end of day procedures, including the backflush process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in plant production, safety, and maintenance.
• ACI Certification.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Proficiency with SAP and Command software.
• High school diploma preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in detecting and resolving complex production problems.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and plant operational excellence initiatives.
