Leading Hand

Responsibilities

• Support concrete pours and finishing works
• Assist with the planning and execution of heavy lifts
• Work closely with engineers and supervisors to sequence works
• Resolve basic constructability issues on site
• Coordinate labour, plant, and subcontractors
• Maintain high safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Strong experience in structures
• Proven Leading Hand experience or readiness to step up into the role
• Construction White Card and all relevant tickets
• Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks on site
• Team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
