Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Foreman to monitor and drive construction progress according to program
• Ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
• Champion a safe working environment using a Zero Harm approach
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards on site

Requirements

• Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in commercial scale landscaping
• Strong understanding of OHS and environmental requirements
• Proven people and performance management skills for labour, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ability to motivate teams to achieve client objectives
• High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience working on hardscape and softscape projects
