Responsibilities

• Perform general building and carpentry work
• Execute custom interior/exterior fit outs and bespoke joinery
• Lead and mentor a team of carpenters and apprentices on-site
• Interpret and execute site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works
• Manage project timing and coordinate with other trades
• Maintain workplace health and safety standards
• Act as a strong advocate for professionalism and the company brand

Requirements

• High-end residential carpentry experience post-qualification
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Meticulous eye for detail and high-quality workmanship
• Australian working rights

Preferred Qualifications

• Cert III Carpentry
• Driver's licence and own vehicle
• White card
• Personal tools
