Leadership Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development support for assigned cafes, including new openings and underperforming locations
• Lead cafe leadership teams to reach high levels of self-sufficiency and accountability
• Foster positive relationships with cafe team members and lead by example
• Implement action plans for cafes scoring below passing on Quality Service Reviews
• Manage hiring, interviewing, and onboarding for both hourly and salaried team members
• Conduct training shifts for Hospitality, Barista, Culinary, and Team Lead roles
• Serve as a liaison between cafes and the cafe operations team
• Support the rollout of new products by mastering guidelines and shadowing team members

Requirements

• Food & Beverage retail management and training experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including potential 10-day onsite stints
• Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, and weekends
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
