Leadership Rotation Network Intern

Responsibilities

• Apply acquired knowledge and skills to deliver tangible value in assigned middle or back-office teams
• Analyze situations and develop solutions aligned with strategic goals
• Collaborate within diverse teams and build relationships with the LRN community
• Contribute to projects and daily processes within Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Business Management, or Finance
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of how trading functions work together cohesively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
• Graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, structured data sets
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data tools
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools for analysis and workflow improvement
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Work authorisation in the United Kingdom without the need for future sponsorship
• Interest in middle/back-office career paths (not a front-office pathway)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to troubleshoot issues or draft queries
• Interest in automation and process improvement
