Leadership Rotation Network Analyst

Responsibilities

• Rotate through up to three middle and/or back-office teams such as Global Trading Operations, Treasury/Cash, and Business Management
• Apply acquired knowledge and skills to deliver tangible value through rotations
• Analyze situations, develop solutions, and respond constructively to feedback
• Collaborate within diverse teams and build relationships with the LRN community
• Lead projects and participate in daily processes to support the trading business
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of how trading functions work together

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
• Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, structured data sets
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data tools
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and improve workflows
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Work authorisation in the United Kingdom without the need for future sponsorship
• Interest in building a career specifically in middle/back-office operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in middle or back-office roles
• Solid understanding of financial securities and their markets
• Interest in automation and process improvement
