Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive recruiting for Senior Management and Director-level roles
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to define leadership competencies
• Proactively identify and engage high-potential leaders through direct headhunting and market mapping
• Manage the executive candidate experience to ensure a professional and confidential journey
• Advise senior leaders on market trends, competitive intelligence, and executive compensation
• Serve as a brand ambassador to communicate the organization's mission and culture
• Refine complex search processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability

Requirements

• 8+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting
• 4+ years specializing in leadership recruitment or executive search
• Proficiency with specialized executive sourcing and market mapping platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level engagement
• Proven ability to function as a Strategic Talent Advisor to senior leadership
• Expertise in leveraging data and competitive intelligence for headhunting strategies

Preferred Qualifications
