Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle executive recruiting for Senior Management and Director-level roles
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to define leadership competencies
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential leaders through direct headhunting and market mapping
- Manage the executive candidate experience to ensure a professional and confidential journey
- Advise senior leaders on market trends, competitive intelligence, and executive compensation
- Serve as a brand ambassador to communicate the organization's mission and culture
- Refine complex search processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability
Requirements
- 8+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting
- 4+ years specializing in leadership recruitment or executive search
- Proficiency with specialized executive sourcing and market mapping platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level engagement
- Proven ability to function as a Strategic Talent Advisor to senior leadership
- Expertise in leveraging data and competitive intelligence for headhunting strategies
