Leadership Giving Officer - Athletics Annual Giving

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 120 athletics-focused prospects and donors, identifying and cultivating annual gifts and multi-year commitments.
• Drive donor acquisition, renewal, and retention for the Pilot Athletic Fund and Pilot Club to build a pipeline for future major gifts.
• Coordinate and implement sport-specific annual fund appeals in collaboration with coaches and athletic leadership.
• Develop and execute annual fundraising strategies and support Athletics Giving Week.
• Oversee donor hospitality experiences, including pre-game hospitality and special athletic events.
• Execute a systematic moves management strategy, including in-person, virtual, and written donor visits.
• Document all donor interactions and outcomes within the University’s CRM.
• Monitor and report on athletics annual giving performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in Fundraising, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with constituent relations software (e.g., Raiser’s Edge) or similar CRM.
• Knowledge of higher education development, specifically within Division I Athletics.
