Leadership Gifts Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 80–100 reunion and leadership-level donors to secure significant unrestricted gifts
• Design and execute comprehensive reunion giving strategies to grow the leadership-level donor base
• Conduct at least 10 donor visits monthly focused on cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
• Recruit, train, and support reunion gift volunteers to drive peer-to-peer engagement
• Partner with alumni relations and advancement leadership to align philanthropic interests with school priorities
• Maintain accurate donor records and provide regular updates on fundraising pipelines using a moves management approach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least two years of front-line fundraising experience
• Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge or a similar CRM
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to travel overnight approximately 30–40% of the time
• Ability to attend evening and weekend events as needed
