Leadership Development Program – Rooms Division

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month immersive leadership journey within the Rooms division.
• Complete structured cross-exposure to gain in-depth operational understanding of different functional areas.
• Execute a Business Impact Project to solve real-world challenges and showcase strategic thinking.
• Engage in mentorship with the Hotel Executive Committee to develop leadership skills and business acumen.
• Build professional networks with hotel leaders and a global community of Inspire participants.
• Contribute to exceptional guest experiences and drive results within assigned areas of focus.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for luxury hospitality and hotel operations.
• Proven leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of adaptability, resilience, and a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
