Leadership Development Program (LDP) Internship

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a key business project selected by the leadership team
• Support various departments including Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations
• Participate in robust onboarding, training, and leadership "lunch and learns"
• Develop and outline strategic proposals and recommendations for department heads
• Deliver a final presentation of project results to the executive team

Requirements

• Third or fourth year undergraduate student (or fourth year co-op student)
• Expected graduation date of 2026
• Available to complete the internship between April and August 2025
• Demonstrated leadership experience in student clubs, extracurriculars, or part-time jobs
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and an entrepreneurial spirit
