Leadership Development Program - Automotive

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Managers in essential aspects of branch operations
• Develop branch market plans based on market conditions and financial objectives
• Implement business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
• Build product knowledge to ensure effective customer recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer or employee complaints
• Maintain branch inventory levels and ensure compliance with safety and security policies
• Analyze management and financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Assist in determining staffing needs, developing work schedules, and supporting employee training
• Assist in making deliveries as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed by the start of the program
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Willingness to relocate to various locations in the Northeast Region (including VA, WV, MD, OH, PA, or NY)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain
• At least one year of experience in a retail, sales, or customer service position
• Previous experience in a leadership role or supervising others
• Experience working in a team-oriented setting
